Traverser la D 907 bis et prendre la chemin en fond de vallon sur le moulin de Pradines, puis monter sur Lonjagnes. Attention à ne pas passer dans le village, et à bifurquer avant sur la droite, direction le Marazeil. À la sortie du Marazeil, descendre par la route sur Nozières. Traverser la N 106 et prendre la route en face direction Les Combettes. Traverser le village et continuer sur la piste sur environ 1,7 km, puis tourner à gauche sur un tout petit sentier. Rejoindre Le Marazeil et Nozières. Passer sous la N 106 et descendre sur le moulin de Pradines / Le Cantonnet. Traverser la N 106 et longer le Tarn par une piste pour rejoindre Ispagnac.
