Anglais The artist paints on multiple surfaces at once: walls, floors, objects... Each fragment appears abstract, but from a specific v%E9antage point, they all align to reveal a single image.This is the principle of anamorphosis: an optical illusion in which perspective transforms apparent chaos into a coherent form, visible only from the right angle, thus creating an optical illusion.
For the first time in Lunel, the internationally renowned artist Georges Rousse is taking over the Louis Feuillade space for a major retrospective of his work.Twenty-five photographs of his anamorphoses created between 1986 and 2006 will be on display, tracing forty years of his international artistic career.
The artist will also create a site-specific installation that will transform the architecture of the Louis Feuillade space into an optical illusion.

Français (France) L'artiste peint sur plusieurs plans à la fois: murs,sol,objets...Chaque fragment semble abstrait,mais depuis un point de de vue précis,tous s'alignent pour révéler une image unique.C'est le principe de l'anamorphose : une illusion d'optique oú la perspective transforme le chaos apparent en une forme cohérente,visible seulement depuis le bon angle,créant ainsi une illusion d'optique.
Pour la première fois à Lunel,l'artiste international Georges Rousse investit l'espace Louis Feuillade pour une rétrospective majeure de son travail.Ving-cinq photographies de ses anamorphoses réalisées entre 1986 et 2006 seront exposées,retracant quarante ans de carrière artistique internationale.
L'artiste réalisera également une installation in situ qui transformera l'arquitecture de l'espace Louis Feuillade en illusion optique.

Elk fragment lijkt abstract, maar vanuit een bepaald gezichtspunt vallen ze allemaal op hun plaats en onthullen zo één enkel beeld.Dit is het principe van de anamorfose: een optische illusie waarbij het perspectief de schijnbare chaos omzet in een samenhangende vorm, die alleen vanuit de juiste hoek zichtbaar is, waardoor een optische illusie ontstaat.
Voor het eerst in Lunel neemt de internationale kunstenaar Georges Rousse de ruimte Louis Feuillade in beslag voor een grootschalig overzicht van zijn werk.Er worden vijfentwintig foto’s van zijn anamorfosen tentoongesteld, die tussen 1986 en 2006 zijn gemaakt en een overzicht bieden van veertig jaar internationale artistieke carrière.
De kunstenaar zal tevens een installatie ter plaatse realiseren die de architectuur van de Louis Feuillade-ruimte zal omvormen tot een optische illusie.

Per la prima volta a Lunel, l’artista internazionale Georges Rousse occupa lo spazio Louis Feuillade per un’importante retrospettiva del suo lavoro.Saranno esposte venticinque fotografie delle sue anamorfosi realizzate tra il 1986 e il 2006, che ripercorrono quarant’anni di carriera artistica internazionale.
L’artista realizzerà inoltre un’installazione in situ che trasformerà l’architettura dello spazio Louis Feuillade in un’illusione ottica.
