Espagnol Centro de la ciudad, muy cerca del parque de la Prytanée Militaire; dos dormitorios con todas las comodidades en el segundo piso de esta gran casa; se puede alquilar este segundo piso en su totalidad: dos dormitorios son ideales para 4 personas con una hermosa sala de estar privada equipada con un televisor, libros, juegos de mesa a disposición, cuarto de baño, aseo independiente. Es totalmente independiente en el segundo piso. Además, el espacio está totalmente climatizado en la temporada de calor, muy cómodo para las noches tranquilas del verano. En verano, la terraza bajo las glicinas invita a disfrutar de un agradable desayuno junto a la piscina climatizada situada entre los antiguos muros de piedra. En invierno, se puede desayunar junto a la chimenea en el salón (bajo petición). Tenga en cuenta: no tienen dificultades de movilidad para acceder a la segunda planta y los dormitorios. Vous êtes totalement indépendant au second étage. De plus, l'espace est totalement climatisé en saison chaude, très confortable pour des nuits paisibles en saison estivale. L'été la terrasse sous la glycine vous invitera à des petits déjeuners bien agréable près de la piscine chauffée blottie entre de vieux murs en pierre. L'hiver vous pourrez prendre des petits déjeuners près de la cheminée dans le salon (sur demande). A noter : ne pas avoir de difficultés de mobilité pour accéder au second étage et chambres. Sie sind im zweiten Stock völlig unabhängig. Außerdem ist der Raum in der warmen Jahreszeit voll klimatisiert, was für ruhige Nächte im Sommer sehr komfortabel ist. Im Sommer lädt die Terrasse unter Glyzinien zu einem gemütlichen Frühstück am beheizten Pool ein, der zwischen alten Steinmauern liegt. Al secondo piano si è totalmente indipendenti. Inoltre, lo spazio è completamente climatizzato nella stagione calda, molto confortevole per notti tranquille in estate. In estate, la terrazza sotto il glicine invita a gustare una piacevole colazione accanto alla piscina riscaldata incastonata tra le antiche mura di pietra. In inverno, è possibile fare colazione accanto al camino nel soggiorno (su richiesta). Nota bene: per accedere al secondo piano e alle camere da letto non ci sono difficoltà motorie. Je bent volledig onafhankelijk op de tweede verdieping. Bovendien is de ruimte volledig geklimatiseerd in het warme seizoen, zeer comfortabel voor rustige nachten in de zomer. In de zomer nodigt het terras onder de blauwe regen uit tot een aangenaam ontbijt bij het verwarmde zwembad tussen de oude stenen muren. In de winter kunt u ontbijten bij de open haard in de woonkamer (op aanvraag). Let op: hebben geen mobiliteitsproblemen om de tweede verdieping en slaapkamers te bereiken.
