We fietsen rond het prachtige Lac de l’Abbaye, klimmen naar het uitkijkpunt bij de molen en vervolgens naar Les Cernois, waar het uitzicht zich uitstrekt over de Jura. We komen langs de Rotonde, richting het standbeeld van de veewagen, vlakbij de veengebieden van Les Douillons en de waterafvoer van het Nanchez-kanaal. Duur: 3 tot 3,5 uur voor een afstand van 14 tot 20 km, aanpasbaar. Vertrek: Grande Rivière om 9.00 uur (GPS-coördinaten worden bij de reservering verstrekt). Wir umrunden den herrlichen Lac de l’Abbaye, steigen hinauf zum Aussichtspunkt „Moulin“ und weiter nach Les Cernois, wo sich der Blick auf das Jura-Gebirge öffnet. Wir kommen an der Rotonde vorbei, in Richtung der Statue des „Roulier“, nahe den Torfmooren von Les Douillons und den Wasserabzweigungen des Bief de Nanchez. Passeremo per la Rotonde, verso la statua del trasportatore, vicino alle torbiere dei Douillons e alle cadute d’acqua del canale di Nanchez. We’ll cycle round the magnificent Lac de l’Abbaye, climb up to the viewpoint at Le Moulin, then on to Les Cernois, where the view opens out onto the Jura Mountains. We’ll pass by La Rotonde, heading towards the statue of the cart driver, near the Douillons peat bogs and the Nanchez canal outfalls.
