On Sunday 29 November 2026, from 12 noon to 4 pm, we look forward to seeing you at the Manoir Équivocal in Corgoloin for a grand charity lunch in aid of Éclore – L’école comestible Bourgogne. For this event, seven chefs have agreed to pool their talents to create a menu specially designed for the occasion: two chefs for the aperitif, one female chef for the starter, two chefs for a four-handed main course and one chef for the dessert. We wanted to give this lunch the true spirit of a Burgundian ‘paulée’: everyone is invited, if they wish, to bring a bottle from their cellar that they love and would like to share with others. We’ll open the bottles, taste the wines, pass them round and, above all… share! And we haven’t forgotten the children! Whilst their parents enjoy the lunch to the full, the children can take part in two workshops specially designed for them: a workshop on sustainable food with ‘Éclore – L’école comestible Bourgogne’, and an artistic discovery workshop with ArtKaravane. A children’s menu will also be available, devised and prepared by a female chef. Why this banquet? All proceeds from the day will go to éclore – L’école comestible Bourgogne, to fund new workshops in schools across Burgundy. Our aim: to enable ever more children to taste, cook, handle, experiment with and understand where their food comes from, from farm to fork. By joining us for lunch, you’ll enjoy a wonderful experience centred on good food and sharing, whilst making a tangible contribution to bringing L’école comestible into new classrooms. Ein Festmahl, um sich etwas Gutes zu tun … und damit mehr Kindern die Möglichkeit zu geben, Ernährung einmal anders zu entdecken. Am Sonntag, den 29. November 2026, von 12 bis 16 Uhr, laden wir Sie ins Manoir Équivocal in Corgoloin zu einem großen Wohltätigkeitsessen zugunsten von „éclore – L’école comestible Bourgogne“ ein. Für diesen Tag haben sich sieben Köche bereit erklärt, ihre Talente für ein speziell für diesen Anlass zusammengestelltes Menü zu bündeln: zwei Köche für den Aperitif, eine Köchin für die Vorspeise, zwei Köche für ein gemeinsam zubereitetes Hauptgericht und ein Koch für das Dessert. Wir wollten diesem Mittagessen den echten Geist einer burgundischen „Paulée“ verleihen: Jeder ist eingeladen, wenn er möchte, eine Flasche aus seinem Weinkeller mitzubringen, die er liebt und die er gerne anderen vorstellen möchte. Wir öffnen die Flaschen, probieren, reichen sie weiter und vor allem … teilen wir! Und auch an die Kinder wurde gedacht! Während die Eltern das Mittagessen in vollen Zügen genießen, können die Kinder an zwei speziell für sie konzipierten Workshops teilnehmen: einem Workshop zum Thema nachhaltige Ernährung mit „éclore – L’école comestible Bourgogne“ und einem künstlerischen Entdeckungsworkshop mit „ArtKaravane“. Außerdem wird ihnen ein Kindermenü angeboten, das von einer Köchin konzipiert und zubereitet wurde. Warum dieses Bankett? Der gesamte Erlös dieses Tages kommt „éclore – L’école comestible Bourgogne“ zugute, um neue Workshops in den Schulen Burgunds zu finanzieren. Unser Ziel: Immer mehr Kindern die Möglichkeit zu geben, zu probieren, zu kochen, selbst Hand anzulegen, zu experimentieren und zu verstehen, woher das kommt, was sie essen – vom Feld bis auf den Teller. Wenn Sie mit uns zu Mittag essen, verbringen Sie eine schöne Zeit rund um die Gastronomie und das gemeinsame Erleben und tragen gleichzeitig konkret dazu bei, dass „L’école comestible“ in neue Klassen Einzug hält. Le dimanche 29 novembre 2026, de 12h à 16h, nous vous donnons rendez-vous au Manoir Équivocal à Corgoloin pour un grand déjeuner caritatif au profit d’éclore – L’école comestible Bourgogne. Pour cette journée, 7 chefs ont accepté de réunir leurs talents autour d’un menu spécialement imaginé pour l’occasion : deux chefs pour l'apéritif, une cheffe pour l’entrée, deux chefs pour un plat à quatre mains et un chef pour le dessert. Nous avons voulu donner à ce déjeuner un véritable esprit de Paulée bourguignonne : chacun est invité, s’il le souhaite, à apporter une bouteille de sa cave qu’il aime et qu’il a envie de faire découvrir. On ouvre, on goûte, on fait circuler les bouteilles et surtout… on partage ! Et les enfants ne sont pas oubliés ! Pendant que les parents profitent pleinement du déjeuner, les enfants pourront participer à deux ateliers spécialement imaginés pour eux : un atelier autour de l’alimentation durable avec éclore – L’école comestible Bourgogne, et un atelier de découverte artistique avec ArtKaravane. Un menu enfant leur sera également proposé, imaginé et réalisé par une cheffe. Pourquoi ce banquet ? L’intégralité des bénéfices de cette journée sera consacrée à éclore – L’école comestible Bourgogne, afin de financer de nouveaux ateliers dans les écoles de Bourgogne. Notre objectif : permettre à toujours plus d’enfants de goûter, cuisiner, manipuler, expérimenter et comprendre d’où vient ce qu’ils mangent, de la terre à l’assiette. En venant déjeuner avec nous, vous passez un beau moment autour de la gastronomie et du partage, tout en contribuant concrètement à faire entrer L’école comestible dans de nouvelles classes.
