À mi-chemin entre Nantes et Pornic, le St Hil Jazz Festival s’est imposé en quelques années comme l’un des rendez-vous jazz incontournables de la rentrée en Loire-Atlantique. Mêlant figures majeures du jazz français, artistes émergents et créations aux influences contemporaines, le festival propose deux jours de concerts en plein air dans une ambiance conviviale et fidèle à son ADN : faire découvrir le jazz sous toutes ses formes, sans barrières ni codes intimidants.
Pour cette édition 2026, le St Hil Jazz Festival accueillera

Datwood, c'est la jeunesse qui groove : un quintet toulousain qui débarque avec son tout premier album Cabin Tales, porté par les compositions de Marcello Duprat, mélangeant sonorités jazz et musiques actuelles en passant par le funk et l'afro. À découvrir avant qu'il ne devienne le groupe que tout le monde prétendra avoir vu "avant".

Standards réinventés, virtuosité assumée, élégance non négociable, le tout habité par le fantôme espiègle de Petrucciani.

Au programme : de nouvelles compositions où les couleurs impressionnistes de Debussy se fondent avec finesse dans les textures du jazz moderne — Wayne Shorter, Keith Jarrett ... Chaque morceau a été taillé pour révéler la personnalité de chaque interprète. Quatre talents du cru, une musique qui dépasse largement les frontières de la région.

Halfway between Nantes and Pornic, the St Hil Jazz Festival has established itself in just a few years as one of the must-attend jazz events of the autumn in the Loire-Atlantique region. Combining major figures in French jazz, emerging artists and contemporary-influenced creations, the festival offers two days of open-air concerts in a convivial atmosphere, true to its DNA: discovering jazz in all its forms, without barriers or intimidating codes.
