Français (France) Les vestiges de ces équipements de spectacles témoignent de l’intense activité de la cité et de son enrichissement. Peu à peu délaissé pendant le IIIe siècle, le site fut abandonné au IVème siècle, correspondant au déclin de l’empire romain – avant d’être redécouvert au XIXème. Propriété de l’État et affecté au ministère de la Culture, le site du Virou, est libre d’accès au public et s’inscrit dans le parcours de visite du musée d’Argentomagus. ©Source : Ministère de la Culture.
