Natürlich nimmt die Kastanie in all ihren Formen einen großen Platz ein: Mehl, Konserven, Konfitüren, Liköre, Sirup, Kuchen, nicht zu vergessen die „Birols“ (nach alter Art geröstete Kastanien) und die „Croubels“ (Waffeln von früher).</p>

Plus de 40 exposants artisanat d’art et traditionnel sont fidèles au rendez-vous : travail du bois (tourneurs), de la terre (potiers), avec bijoux, objets déco, créations en tissu, mohair, puzzle en bois… Sans oublier les nombreux stands gourmands : crème de marrons, chocolat, foie gras, pain et viennoiserie, miel, huile de noix, fromages de chèvre, bière artisanale et authentique jus de pomme sous le pressoir. Bien entendu, une grande place est consacrée à la châtaigne sous toutes ses formes : farine, conserves, confitures, liqueurs, sirop, gâteaux, sans oublier les birols (châtaignes grillées à l’ancienne) et les croubels (gaufres d’antan).</p>

Naturalmente, ampio spazio è dedicato alla castagna in tutte le sue forme: farina, conserve, marmellate, liquori, sciroppo, torte, senza dimenticare i «birols» (castagne arrostite alla vecchia maniera) e i «croubels» (cialde di una volta).</p>
