At the Moulin de Vanneau : conviviality, culture, relaxation... But also local gastronomy. We welcome you in the shade of the alders, on a terrace along the mill's reach or in the beautiful room of the inn nestled in the old granary. You will be able to taste the products of the farm through a cuisine combining tradition and discovery (fras with sage, terrine with herbs from the garden, lamb with spices roasted in the wood oven, clafoutis with rhubarb... and apple juice, beers or wines from organic or biodynamic farming.

Vous pourrez déguster les produits de la ferme à travers une cuisine alliant tradition et découverte (fras à la sauge, terrine aux herbes du potager, agneau aux épices rôti au four à bois, clafoutis à la rhubarbe... et jus de pomme, bières ou vins issus de l'agriculture biologique ou biodynamique.

Le damos la bienvenida a la sombra de los alisos, en una terraza a lo largo del molino o en la hermosa habitación de la posada enclavada en el antiguo granero. Podrá degustar los productos de la granja a través de una cocina que combina tradición y descubrimiento (fras con salvia, terrina con hierbas de la huerta, cordero con especias asado en el horno de leña, clafoutis con ruibarbo... y zumo de manzana, cervezas o vinos de agricultura ecológica o biodinámica.
