Espagnol Las casas rurales Sotilis están situadas en Voudenay, a las puertas del Morvan, en el centro de un pueblecito encantador.
Nuestras casas rurales, totalmente renovadas, están equipadas con aire acondicionado, televisión y acceso WIFI, así como con un amplio terreno cerrado y aparcamiento vigilado.
Piscina cubierta y vigilada (10 m x 4 m, climatizada de mediados de abril a finales de septiembre si el tiempo lo permite) con pérgola de 9 m x 3 m, zona de descanso y bar, campo de petanca y mesa de ping-pong, zona de juegos para niños.
Por cierto, el revestimiento y la terraza los hicimos nosotros mismos con nuestros propios árboles
los 2 chalets están situados en la misma parcela, sin vecinos de frente. Su terraza es privada.
Sólo compartirá el terreno exterior con todas las comodidades.
Puede reservar un solo chalet para un máximo de 5 personas, o hacerlo privado para un máximo de 10.

Allemand (Allemagne) Die Gîtes du Sotilis befinden sich in Voudenay am Rande des Morvan, im Zentrum eines charmanten kleinen Dorfes.
Unsere von uns komplett renovierten Chalets sind mit Klimaanlage, Fernseher und WIFI-Zugang ausgestattet, ein großes geschlossenes Grundstück und ein gesicherter Parkplatz.
Gesicherter 10m x 4m großer, eingegrabener Pool (beheizt von Mitte April bis Ende September, je nach Wetterlage) mit seiner 9m x 3m großen Pergola, Entspannungsecke und Barbereich, Bouleplatz und Tischtennisplatte, Spielplatz für Kinder.
Als kleine Anekdote: Wir haben die Holzvertäfelung und die Terrasse mit unseren Bäumen selbst gemacht!
2 Chalets befinden sich also auf demselben Grundstück ohne Gegenüber. Ihre Terrasse ist privat.
Sie teilen sich lediglich das Außengelände mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten.
Sie können nur ein Chalet für maximal 5 Personen buchen oder den Ort für maximal 10 Personen privatisieren.

Piscine creusée de 10m par 4m sécurisée (chauffée de mi avril à fin septembre, suivant la météo) avec sa pergola de 9m par 3m, coin détente et coin bar, terrain de pétanque et table de ping-pong, aire de jeux pour les enfants.
Pour la petite anecdote nous avons fait nous même le lambris et la terrasse avec nos arbres !
2 chalets se situent donc sur le même terrain sans vis-à-vis. Votre terrasse est privative.
Vous partagerez seulement le terrain extérieur avec toutes ces commodités.
Vous pouvez réservé seulement un chalet pour maximum 5 personnes ou privatisé le lieu pour être 10 au maximum.

Incidentally, we made the panelling and terrace ourselves from our own trees!

You will only share the outside grounds with all the amenities.
