Anglais A 4-hectare family domaine, half of which is owned directly. The vines are grown traditionally, using environmentally friendly techniques in terms of crop protection treatments. Vinification is also traditional and the maturing process takes place in oak barrels (15% new barrels) for 15 to 18 months.
Allemand (Allemagne) Familieweingut von 4 ha, darunter die Hälfte in Eigenbesitz. Die Rebflächen werden auf traditionelle Weise bewirtschaftet und die Pflanzenschutzmaßnahmen umweltbewusst eingesetzt. Klassische Weinbereitung sowie eine 15- bis 18-monatige Reifung in Eichenholzfässern (15 % neue Fässer).
