Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Het Maison du Patrimoine is een Centre d'Interprétation de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine (CIAP) en maakt deel uit van het label Ville d'art et d'histoire, dat Sedan in 1999 kreeg. Het ministerie van Cultuur kent het label Ville ou Pays d'art et d'histoire toe aan gebieden die zich ertoe verbinden hun erfgoed te beschermen en te promoten, en sluit met hen een overeenkomst. Meer dan 195 Steden en Landen van Kunst en Geschiedenis belichten vandaag de diversiteit van het erfgoed in heel Frankrijk. Er worden acties ter bevordering van het erfgoed opgezet, gecoördineerd door de coördinator voor architectuur en erfgoed: - rondleidingen, - bezoeken en workshops met schoolkinderen, - evenementen zoals de Europese erfgoeddagen, de Rendez-vous in de tuinen, de nationale architectuurdagen, enz. - publicatie van ontdekkingstochten, brochures over de geschiedenis van de stad, - tentoonstellingen. In het kader van de overeenkomsten met de Staat verbindt elke Stad of Land van Kunst en Geschiedenis zich ertoe een CIAP op te stellen. Een centrum voor de interpretatie van architectuur en erfgoed is een plaats waar het grondgebied in zijn stedelijke, historische en architectonische dimensie wordt gepresenteerd. Het wil inwoners en toeristen, zowel kinderen als volwassenen, de sleutels geven om de stad te begrijpen, voor of naast een bezoek. Een CIAP is geen museum in die zin dat het geen collecties presenteert, maar plannen, foto's, modellen, materialen, architectuurprojecten... die je zin geven om de stad in het echt te gaan bekijken! Het CIAP in Sedan, dat het "Huis van het Erfgoed" wordt genoemd, omvat - een permanente tentoonstelling over de stedelijke ontwikkeling door de eeuwen heen en thema's die specifiek zijn voor het gebied, - een tijdelijke tentoonstellingsruimte, - een ontvangst- en documentatieruimte, - een activiteitenruimte voor scholen, - de kantoren van de afdeling Erfgoed. Het Erfgoedhuis is toegankelijk voor slechthorenden dankzij transcripties, voor visueel gehandicapten dankzij audiogidsen en voor personen met beperkte mobiliteit.

Il Ministero della Cultura assegna il marchio Ville ou Pays d'art et d'histoire ai territori che si impegnano a tutelare e promuovere il proprio patrimonio e firma con loro una convenzione. Oggi, più di 195 Città e Paesi d'arte e di storia evidenziano la diversità del patrimonio in tutta la Francia. Sono previste azioni di promozione del patrimonio, coordinate dal Coordinatore per l'Architettura e il Patrimonio: - visite guidate, - visite e laboratori con gli studenti, - eventi come le Giornate Europee del Patrimonio, il Rendez-vous nei Giardini, le Giornate Nazionali di Architettura, ecc. - pubblicazione di itinerari di scoperta, opuscoli sulla storia della città, - mostre. Nell'ambito degli accordi sottoscritti con lo Stato, ogni Città o Paese d'arte e di storia si impegna a creare un CIAP. Un Centro di Interpretazione dell'Architettura e del Patrimonio è un luogo di presentazione del territorio nella sua dimensione urbana, storica e architettonica. Das Kulturministerium verleiht das Label Ville ou Pays d'art et d'histoire (Stadt oder Land der Kunst und Geschichte) an Gebiete, die sich zum Schutz und zur Belebung ihres Kulturerbes verpflichten, und unterzeichnet mit ihnen eine Vereinbarung. Heute gibt es mehr als 195 Städte und Länder der Kunst und Geschichte, die das Kulturerbe in seiner Vielfalt in ganz Frankreich hervorheben. Es werden Aktionen zur Aufwertung des Kulturerbes durchgeführt, die vom Animateur de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine koordiniert werden: - Führungen, - Besichtigungen und Workshops mit Schulklassen, - Veranstaltungen wie die Europäischen Tage des Kulturerbes, die Rendez-vous aux jardins, die Journées nationales de l'architecture... - veröffentlichung von Entdeckungstouren und Broschüren über die Geschichte der Stadt, - Ausstellungen. Aujourd'hui, plus de 195 Villes et Pays d'art et d'histoire mettent en lumière le patrimoine dans sa diversité sur tout le territoire français. Des actions de valorisation du patrimoine sont mises en place, coordonnées par l'Animateur de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine : - visites guidées, - visites et ateliers avec les scolaires, - manifestations comme les Journées européennes du patrimoine, les Rendez-vous aux jardins, les Journées nationales de l'architecture... - publication de circuits-découverte, de brochures sur l'histoire de la ville, - expositions. Dans le cadre des conventions signées avec l’État, chaque Ville ou Pays d'art et d'histoire s'engage à créer un CIAP. El Ministerio de Cultura concede la etiqueta Ville ou Pays d'art et d'histoire a los territorios que se comprometen a proteger y promover su patrimonio, y firma un acuerdo con ellos. En la actualidad, más de 195 Ciudades y Países de Arte e Historia ponen de manifiesto la diversidad del patrimonio en toda Francia. Se ponen en marcha acciones de promoción del patrimonio, coordinadas por el Coordinador de Arquitectura y Patrimonio: - visitas guiadas, - visitas y talleres con escolares, - eventos como las Jornadas Europeas del Patrimonio, la Cita en los Jardines, las Jornadas Nacionales de Arquitectura, etc. - publicación de visitas de descubrimiento, folletos sobre la historia de la ciudad, - exposiciones. Denominada "Casa del Patrimonio", el CIAP de Sedán incluye - una exposición permanente que muestra el desarrollo urbano a lo largo de los siglos, así como temas específicos de la zona, - una sala de exposiciones temporales, - una zona de recepción y documentación, - una sala de actividades para los colegios, - las oficinas del Departamento de Patrimonio.
