Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Laure Hinckel, journaliste, fotografe en vertaalster, richtte zich aanvankelijk vooral op Roemenië, de Roemeense taal en cultuur. Voor de priorij Saint-Vincent presenteert ze een nieuwe fototentoonstelling met de titel: Châteaux de Beauce.

Ze zijn zowel sober als eigenzinnig, glanzen van het plaatstaal en herbergen oorverdovende ventilatoren; het zijn onwaarschijnlijke kluizen midden in de velden, die de goudkleurige graankorrels als een schat in zich bergen.

Anglais A devoted fan of black-and-white photography, this exhibition %E0 focuses on the rural and industrial heritage of the Beauce region, where silos become castles that dominate the landscape. Both austere and whimsical, gleaming with metal, and housing deafening blowers, they are unlikely vaults in the middle of the fields, holding golden grains of wheat like treasure.
