Situato in una zona tranquilla, nel cuore del Parc Résidentiel de Loisirs (PRL) del Domaine Monceau, è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e scoprire la regione.
Giardino recintato e terrazza di 30 m² con pergola, soleggiata dalla mattina alla sera, sia d’estate che d’inverno.
Spiagge raggiungibili a piedi o in bicicletta in 10 minuti.
Accesso al piano superiore tramite una scala ripida, non adatta a persone con mobilità ridotta.

Playas accesibles a pie o en bicicleta en 10 minutos.
Acceso a la planta superior por una escalera empinada, no adaptada a personas con movilidad reducida.

umfasst 2 beheizte Schwimmbecken, einem Planschbecken im Freien, einer Rutsche, einem beheizten Hallenbad und einem Planschbecken im Innenbereich.
? Attraktionen: der Spacebowl (Rutsche für Nervenkitzel – Mindestgröße: 1,20 m), das Planschbecken (bunter und sicherer Bereich für Kleinkinder unter 3 Jahren), der „Patau-Splatch“ (großer Spielplanschbereich mit Rutschen, Wasserstrahlen und einem Rieseneimer für 2- bis 6-Jährige).

Sophie and Christophe welcome you to Hermanville-sur-Mer to their cottage for 5 people, fully renovated and fitted out in 2025, designed down to the smallest detail to offer you optimal comfort all year round. Situated in a peaceful location, at the heart of the Domaine Monceau Residential Leisure Park (PRL), it is the ideal place to relax and explore the region.
Enclosed garden and 30 m² terrace with a pergola, enjoying sunshine from morning to evening, summer and winter alike.
Beaches are within 10 minutes’ walk or cycle.
Access to the upper floor is via a steep staircase, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
THE SINGLE-LEVEL COTTAGE: Bright living room with open-plan kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80x190 beds, high-quality 90x190 sofa bed.
• Fully fitted kitchen: Multifunction oven (grill / fan-assisted), microwave, 4-ring induction hob, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine.

• Pool rules: Appropriate swimwear compulsory (swimming trunks/boxer shorts), long clothing prohibited (shorts, jumpsuits, skirts, etc.), swim nappies compulsory for babies, armbands compulsory for children who cannot swim, wristbands must be worn.
