True to its commitment to being an integral part of the local cultural scene, the Vintage Truck Gallery invites you to enjoy a delightful interlude blending humour and warmth with Pascal Karenbo and his partner Jacques Fourniret.
Pascal is a blues-rock and country-rock singer-songwriter who already has a 40-year career under his belt – in other words, a well-oiled machine, to stay with the museum’s theme.
He’s doing us the honour of returning to Montceau, a place with which he has a special connection, not least because his hometown, Longwy, shares the same mining heritage as Montceau.
Poetry, humour and humanism lie at the heart of his lyrics; Pascal Karenbo is an original and authentic artist.
As usual, the event will take place on the terrace at Le Baraillot; as usual, there’ll be light refreshments (sausages, terrines, cheeses…); and, as usual, the atmosphere will be – like the venue itself – relaxing and unique.
However, should the weather not be on our side, we’ll move indoors to the museum!
Entry will be free; the artists will be paid by the hat and are counting on your generosity!

Pascal is een bluesrock- en countryrock-singer-songwriter die al 40 jaar carrière op de teller heeft staan, met andere woorden: een goed geoliede machine, om in de context van het museum te blijven.
Hij doet ons de eer aan terug te keren naar Montceau, waar hij een bijzondere band mee heeft, met name omdat zijn geboortestad Longwy dezelfde sfeer van een mijnbouwgebied ademt als Montceau.

Ci fa l’onore di tornare a Montceau, dove ha particolari affinità, soprattutto perché la sua città natale, Longwy, ha lo stesso sapore di bacino minerario di Montceau.
Poesia, umorismo e umanità sono al centro dei suoi testi: Pascal Karenbo è un artista originale e autentico.

Nos hace el honor de volver a Montceau, con la que tiene una afinidad especial, sobre todo porque su ciudad natal, Longwy, tiene el mismo aire de cuenca minera que Montceau.
La poesía, el humor y el humanismo están en el corazón de sus textos; Pascal Karenbo es un artista original y auténtico.
