Italien (Italie) Pauline Lasson, che si è formata per tre anni in erboristeria a Lione e ha anche un background in agricoltura, propone un workshop immersivo sulle piante medicinali. Prossimamente nella regione dell'Auxois, Pauline Lasson sta sviluppando una produzione locale che combina la coltivazione su piccola scala e la raccolta selvatica, condividendo la sua passione attraverso passeggiate e sessioni di apprendimento.
Durante questo workshop, sarete invitati a esplorare le piante che si trovano nei dintorni del Maquis, a imparare a riconoscerle e a scoprire i loro usi tradizionali, le loro proprietà e le storie che le circondano. Pauline è appassionata di botanica e sarà lieta di trasmettere il suo occhio attento a questi tesori spesso invisibili.
Questo workshop è anche un invito a entrare in un universo poetico in cui le piante raccontano le loro storie, combinando etnobotanica e storie della terra.

Allemand (Allemagne) Pauline Lasson, die drei Jahre lang in Lyon eine Ausbildung zur Kräuterkundigen absolviert hat und auch eine landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung besitzt, bietet Ihnen einen immersiven Workshop rund um Heilpflanzen an. Sie wird sich demnächst im Auxois niederlassen und eine lokale Produktion entwickeln, die den Anbau auf kleinen Flächen mit Wildsammlungen verbindet, wobei sie ihre Leidenschaft durch Spaziergänge und Lernzeiten mit anderen teilt.
In diesem Workshop werden Sie eingeladen, die Pflanzen rund um den Maquis zu erkunden, sie erkennen zu lernen und ihre traditionelle Verwendung, ihre Eigenschaften und die Geschichten, die sich um sie ranken, zu entdecken. Pauline ist leidenschaftliche Botanikerin und vermittelt mit Begeisterung ihren aufmerksamen Blick auf diese oft unsichtbaren Schätze.

Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Pauline Lasson, die drie jaar in Lyon een opleiding in kruidengeneeskunde heeft gevolgd en ook een achtergrond in de landbouw heeft, biedt een meeslepende workshop over geneeskrachtige planten aan. Binnenkort vestigt ze zich in de Auxois en ontwikkelt ze een lokale productie die kleinschalige teelt en wilde oogst combineert, terwijl ze haar passie deelt door middel van wandelingen en leersessies.
