Néerlandais (Pays-Bas) Florence en Philippe Ménard cultiveren een 8 hectare grote boomgaard met biologische kastanjebomen in Parcoul en La Roche-Chalais en bieden een reeks producten op basis van kastanje, waaronder kastanjecrème, natuurlijke kastanjes, kastanjepuree en kastanjemeel.
Van aanplant tot productie vertellen ze over hun werk als kastanjetelers: kwekerij, jonge aanplant, snoeien, enten, oogsten, etc. Daarna is het tijd om de room en het meel te proeven.
Elke zaterdagochtend te koop in de winkel in Saint-Aigulin, en door de week op afspraak.
Van aanplant tot productie vertellen ze over hun werk als kastanjetelers: kwekerij, jonge aanplant, snoeien, enten, oogsten, etc. Daarna is het tijd om de room en het meel te proeven.
