Nadat ik in de schaduw van de bomen het pad van Blanchefontaine ben overgestoken, neem ik een verfrissende pauze bij de fontein van Grenouille. Daarna volg ik de Voie Verte door het dorp Saints-Geosmes. Mijn route voert me langs de bronnen van de Marne, die de moeite waard zijn gezien de schoonheid van het natuurgebied (voorzien van thematische markeringen). Na een lange afdaling bereik ik Cohons, waar ik opnieuw stop om de beroemde droogsteenslak te zien. Dan bereik ik het mooie dorpje Baissey en stop om de oude watermolen te bezoeken. De molenaar verwelkomt me en verkoopt me wat van zijn traditionele meel. Ik vertrok met een beetje meer om te dragen, maar blij met deze ongewone ontmoeting. Vervolgens ben ik in de schaduw van het bos Trou d'Aix naar het kleine bloemrijke dorp Noidant-le-Rocheux gereden. Hier neem ik een pauze in dit mooie dorp onderaan de vallei, doorkruist door \"la Mouche\" (14e-eeuwse kerk van St Vallier en bloemrijk washuis). Daarna ga ik weer op pad over een aangenaam weggetje door het landschap van de Haut-Marnais dat naar de rand van het Lac de la Mouche leidt. Ik sluit mijn dag af door voorzichtig terug te keren langs de Voie Verte.",

After crossing the Blanchefontaine alley in the shade of the trees, I take a refreshing break at the Grenouille fountain. I then follow the Voie Verte through the village of Saints-Geosmes. My route takes me close to the springs of the Marne, which are well worth the detour, given the beauty of the natural site (equipped with thematic markers). After a long descent, I reach Cohons, where I stop again to see the famous dry-stone snail. I then reach the pretty village of Baissey and stop to visit the old water mill. The miller welcomes me and, in the end, sells me some of his traditional flour. I leave a little more laden, but happy with this unusual encounter. Then, in the shade of the Trou d'Aix wood, I make my way to the flower-filled village of Noidant-le-Rocheux. Here, I allow myself a break in this pretty village at the bottom of the valley, crossed by \"La Mouche\" (14th-century St-Vallier church and flower-filled wash-house). I then set off on a pleasant little road through the Haut-Marnais countryside, leading to the shores of Lac de la Mouche. I finish my day with a gentle return along the Voie Verte.",

Après avoir traversé, à l'ombre des arbres, l'allée de Blanchefontaine, je m'offre déjà une halte rafraîchissante à la fontaine de la Grenouille. Je suis ensuite la Voie Verte puis traverse le village de Saints-Geosmes. Mon itinéraire me mène à passer à proximité des sources de la Marne qui valent bien ce petit détour, au vu de la beauté du site naturel (aménagé avec des bornes thématiques). Je gagne ensuite Cohons, après une longue descente, où je m'arrête à nouveau pour aller à la rencontre du fameux escargot en pierres sèches. Je rejoins ensuite le joli village de Baissey et m'arrête visiter l'ancien moulin à eau. Le meunier m'accueille et, au final, me vend un peu de sa farine traditionnelle. Je repars donc un peu plus chargé mais content de cette rencontre atypique. Je rallie par la suite, à l'ombre du bois du Trou d'Aix, le petit village fleuri de Noidant-le-Rocheux. Là, je m'autorise une pause dans cette jolie commune en fond de vallée, traversée par « la Mouche » (église St-Vallier du XIVème siècle et lavoir fleuri). Je repars ensuite par une agréable petite route sillonnant la campagne haut-marnaise qui mène au bord du lac de la Mouche. Je termine ma journée en revenant en douceur par la Voie Verte.",

Nachdem ich im Schatten der Bäume die Allee von Blanchefontaine durchquert habe, gönne ich mir bereits eine erfrischende Pause am Brunnen von La Grenouille. Anschließend folge ich dem Voie Verte und durchquere das Dorf Saints-Geosmes. Meine Route führt mich an den Quellen der Marne vorbei, die angesichts der Schönheit des Naturgebiets (das mit Themensteinen ausgestattet ist) einen kleinen Umweg wert sind. Nach einem langen Abstieg erreiche ich Cohons, wo ich erneut anhalte, um die berühmte Schnecke aus Trockenstein zu besichtigen. Anschließend erreiche ich das hübsche Dorf Baissey und halte an, um die alte Wassermühle zu besichtigen. Der Müller empfängt mich und verkauft mir schließlich ein wenig von seinem traditionellen Mehl. Ich mache mich also etwas beladener, aber zufrieden mit dieser untypischen Begegnung auf den Rückweg. Im Schatten des Waldes Trou d'Aix erreiche ich das kleine, blumengeschmückte Dorf Noidant-le-Rocheux. Dort gönne ich mir eine Pause in dieser hübschen Gemeinde am Talende, durch die \"la Mouche\" (Kirche St-Vallier aus dem 14. Jahrhundert und blumengeschmückter Waschplatz) führt. Anschließend fahre ich auf einer angenehmen kleinen Straße durch die Landschaft der Haut-Marne weiter, die zum Ufer des Sees Lac de la Mouche führt. Ich beende meinen Tag mit einer sanften Rückfahrt auf dem Voie Verte (Grüner Weg).",

Dopo una lunga discesa, arrivo a Cohons, dove mi fermo di nuovo per vedere la famosa lumaca di pietra secca. Raggiungo quindi il grazioso villaggio di Baissey e mi fermo a visitare l'antico mulino ad acqua. Il mugnaio mi accoglie e finisce per vendermi un po' della sua farina tradizionale. Me ne sono andato con qualcosa in più da trasportare, ma felice di questo incontro insolito. Poi, all'ombra del bosco di Trou d'Aix, mi sono diretto verso il piccolo villaggio fiorito di Noidant-le-Rocheux. Qui faccio una pausa in questo grazioso villaggio di fondovalle, attraversato da \"la Mouche\" (chiesa di St Vallier del XIV secolo e lavatoio fiorito). Riparto poi su una piacevole stradina che attraversa la campagna dell'Haut-Marnais e che conduce ai bordi del Lac de la Mouche. Concludo la giornata tornando dolcemente lungo la Voie Verte.",
