Cartoon Movie is neither a fair nor a festival, but rather a pitching & co-pro forum for animated feature films.
900 participants from 40 countries will be in Bordeaux to get a preview of all the new European feature-length animation film projects which will be presented in the form of a pitch.
For two days, producers have the opportunity to pitch their film project in order to speed up financing, find co-producers and interest international distributors.
Since its creation in 1999, 301 films found financing, representing a total budget of 2 billion EUR.
Cartoon Movie has already enabled 259 European animation films to be funded and distributed worldwide.
