Das\nKunstzentrum experimentiert und knüpft so ein dichtes Netzwerk aus Solidarität und Erfahrungen, das auf dem\ngemeinsamen Schaffen basiert und allen offensteht. Im September 2021 verlieh das Kulturministerium das Label „Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst von nationalem Interesse“ %AB (CACIN) an das „3 bis f“ verliehen, das damit zum ersten zertifizierten Ort des künstlerischen Schaffens in Frankreich im Herzen eines Krankenhauskomplexes wird.
