Sie baut in Baulme-la-Roche und Ladoix-Serrigny Kräuter biologisch an und sammelt auch wild an geschützten Orten in der Region Ouche et Montagne Pflanzen. Anschließend trocknet sie die Pflanzen einige Tage lang und verarbeitet sie dann zu Sirupen, Sorbets, Tinkturen, Kräutertees... Sie freut sich, Ihnen ihren Beruf bei einer Besichtigung ihrer Verarbeitungswerkstatt und ihres Trockners vorzustellen, gefolgt von einem 30-minütigen Spaziergang mit Blick auf die Felsen zu ihrem Pflanzort. Le fa essiccare per alcuni giorni, prima di trasformarle in sciroppi, sorbetti, tinture, infusi, ecc. Sarà lieta di mostrarvi il suo laboratorio e il suo essiccatoio, per poi proseguire con una passeggiata di 30 minuti con vista sulle rocce fino al suo sito di coltivazione.
