Fanny began learning pottery in a small studio on the slopes of the Croix-Rousse while she was a freshman at the Beaux-Arts in Lyon. Based in Saint-Mélany for the past 17 years, she works with faience and creates both functional and decorative pieces. Fanny maakte haar eerste stappen in de pottenbakkerij in een klein atelier op de hellingen van de Croix-Rousse, toen ze in het eerste jaar van de kunstacademie in Lyon zat. Ze woont al 17 jaar in Saint-Mélany, waar ze met faience werkt en gebruiksvoorwerpen en decoratieve stukken maakt.
