De originaliteit van de plek is dat de 2.000 bouten die ooit als duivennesten werden gebruikt, volledig bewaard zijn gebleven en gerestaureerd. Ingericht op 3 niveaus, met een mooie woonkamer, een uitgeruste keuken, een salon en een open haard. Op de eerste verdieping, een slaapkamer en een atypische badkamer met een koperen badkuip. Op tuinniveau een tweede comfortabele slaapkamer.
