Era un lugar de oración y meditación, pero también de trabajo.
Ha conservado su auténtica belleza y sobriedad. Su creación continúa el trabajo de Marguerite BORREY de Bisonne.
El porche de entrada original se encuentra en la plaza del 8 de mayo.
El número de monjas era de 25 en 1635.
El claustro cuadrado, delimitado por arcadas, contenía cuarenta celdas
La planta baja, ahora ACROPOLE, estaba ocupada por talleres en los que las monjas fabricaban telas para sus vestidos, sábanas, etc.
Detrás del claustro hay un hermoso jardín, con vistas a la torre de la Colegiata.
