La Forêt Jardin des Hayes, implantée sur 8 000 m2 le long de la Touques, au printemps 2019, est un terrain d’expérimentation permanente, en perpétuelle évolution. Elle produit des fruits, des baies, des légumes vivaces, des plantes aromatiques et médicinales, des champignons.
A terme, la forêt jardin est un système durable, autonome, résilient, et productif sans recours aux énergies fossiles, sans besoin en eau, ni fertilisant. Elle stocke du carbone, restaure les paysages et constitue un refuge de biodiversité, cultivée et sauvage.
